Where Is Customer Data Stored

Customer data is stored within secure, professionally managed cloud hosting environments that meet recognised industry security standards.

Our internal platform is hosted on Google Cloud, leveraging their world-class physical and network security. All data sent between your browser, your SaaS applications, and our internal platform servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2+ (transport layer security). Additionally, database volumes and backups are encrypted using AES-256 standard encryption.

All customer data within our internal platform is processed and stored in US-East / EU-West.
