How to Reset Your Password

If you have forgotten your password, simply head over to the Sign In page and press the “Forgot Password” option. Alternatively, you can just click here to be taken straight to the Forgotten Password page.

1) On this page, simply enter the email address associated with your account.

2) Use the secure link provided in the reset email to set a new password.
Passwords must include at least one capital letter, one number and not include your name or business name.
For security reasons, password reset links may expire after a limited time.

Didn’t Receive the Reset Email?

If the email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes:

  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Make sure you entered the email address associated with your SaaSi Hub account.
  • Check that your mailbox isn’t blocking emails from SaaSi Hub.

If you still can’t reset your password, contact SaaSi Hub Support and we’ll help you regain access to your account.

Important: Never share your password or password reset link with anyone else. SaaSi Hub support will never need you to provide your existing password.
