Understanding Plan Limits and Usage
Our plans are designed to be simple and transparent, without complicated feature restrictions or usage based limitations. The platform provides access to the same core functionality across plans, allowing organisations to fully explore the dashboard, analytics, integrations, and reporting tools.
The only usage considerations relate to the number of employees monitored by the platform and how frequently data can be synchronised within the dashboard.
Employee Capacity
Each SaaSi Hub plan includes a maximum capacity for the number of employees that can be monitored within the platform. This capacity ensures that the system can accurately track SaaS access, licences, and employee status across your organisation.
To ensure accurate monitoring, organisations should select a plan that supports at least the same number of employees as they currently have active within their business. If your organisation grows beyond the employee capacity included in your current plan, upgrading to a higher tier will be required.
This employee capacity relates only to monitoring and data analysis within the platform. It does not limit how many SaaS tools you can connect or analyse.
Data Synchronisation Limits
Our platform synchronises data from connected SaaS auto- integrations automatically to ensure your dashboard remains up to date.
By default, integrations are synchronised once per day. This automatic sync retrieves the latest information relating to licences, users, and SaaS activity across your connected tools.
In addition to the daily automatic sync, customers can manually trigger one additional data synchronisation during the same day if they need updated information sooner. This can be helpful after making changes to integrations, reviewing licence activity, or completing employee offboarding updates.
Monitoring Usage
You can review your organisation’s employee capacity and overall usage from within your account dashboard. This allows administrators to ensure that their plan remains appropriate for the size of their workforce.
If your organisation grows or your SaaS environment expands, upgrading your plan ensures continued monitoring coverage and uninterrupted access to platform insights.
