How to Create & Activate Your Account

Firstly, welcome to SaaSi Hub! We’re glad you’re here and ready to get access to our platform. Creating a SaaSi Hub account is quick and straightforward. You can register for an account directly from the SaaSi Hub website and then verify your email address to activate it.

1) Start Registration

Go directly to the SaaSi Hub registration page by clicking here.

2) Enter Your Details

Complete the registration form with your company information and create your login credentials. Make sure your information is entered correctly, particularly your email address, as you’ll need access to it to complete the verification process.

3) Create a Secure Password

Your password must include:

  • At least one capital letter
  • At least one number
  • It must not contain your name or business name

Choose a strong, unique password that you don’t use for other services.

4) Verify Your Email Address

After creating your account, SaaSi Hub will send an email verification message to the email address you registered with. Open the email and select the verification link to confirm your account.

If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.

5) Your Live Account

By default, your new account will automatically activate with the 7 day free trial, and you can start connecting your organisations HR system and SaaS applications. You can upgrade to a paid subscription plan at any time during your trial, or wait until your trial ends.

Any connected HR and SaaS apps WILL be kept when upgrading from an active trial plan to a paid subscription plan.

Didn’t Receive the Verification Email?

If you need the verification email to be sent again, sign in through the SaaSi Hub login page. A yellow notification banner will appear at the top of your account page with a ‘resend’ option. Select this to send the verification email again.

After Account Activation

Once your email address has been verified, your SaaSi Hub account will be active, subject to your current trial or subscription status. You can then begin setting up your SaaSi Hub environment and connecting the relevant systems and applications. Congratulations, your account with us will now be Active! (pending Trial/Subscription status).
