How SaaSi Hub Protects Your Data
Protecting customer data is fundamental to how SaaSi Hub operates. We implement robust technical and organisational safeguards to ensure that all information processed within the platform remains secure, confidential, and protected from unauthorised access.
Secure Infrastructure and Hosting
SaaSi Hub’s internal platform is hosted on Google Cloud, using its physical and network security infrastructure.
Data transferred between your browser, connected SaaS applications and SaaSi Hub’s internal platform is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. Database volumes and backups are also encrypted using AES-256.
Our public-facing website is hosted with an ISO 27001-certified secure hosting provider and includes DDoS protection, SSL encryption and security scanning.
Where Is Customer Data Stored?
Customer data processed within the SaaSi Hub platform is stored and processed across US-East and EU-West regions. For more information about data location and residency, see where is customer data stored?
Secure SaaS Integrations
When connecting SaaS applications to SaaSi Hub, we use OAuth 2.0 where it is available, including for supported platforms such as Google Workspace and Slack. SaaSi Hub does not see or store your passwords when connecting SaaS applications, whether the connection uses OAuth 2.0 or manual authentication.
For actively connected SaaS applications, we request only the minimum permissions needed to identify relevant licence usage and user status so that this information can be displayed within your SaaSi Hub dashboard and reports. You can also revoke SaaSi Hub’s access directly through the administration console of the connected SaaS provider.
Controlled Access to Customer Data
Access to sensitive information is restricted using role-based permissions and internal access controls. Only authorised personnel can access systems containing sensitive data where access is required for operational support or maintenance. This helps limit access to customer information to those who genuinely need it.
Payment Information
SaaSi Hub does not handle or store your debit or credit card details directly.
Payments are processed through Stripe, which is a PCI-DSS Service Provider Level 1 certified payment processor. SaaSi Hub does not see or store your card information. For more information, see secure payment processing and billing protection.

Data security is considered across the different parts of the SaaSi Hub platform, from how information is transferred and stored to how integrations are authorised and how access to sensitive systems is controlled. Our approach is designed to give organisations confidence that their SaaS usage and organisational information is handled responsibly.
