We’re Fast to Deploy, Simple to Manage & Built to Scale

Once connected, SaaSi Hub works quietly in the background continuously syncing, monitoring, and structuring your SaaS data without adding operational overhead. There’s no complex rollout, no engineering lift, and no disruption to your team. Integrations are designed to run reliably and securely, keeping user access, license allocation, and billing data aligned as your organisation evolves.

As new employees join, tools are adopted, or subscriptions change, your system remains up to date automatically. You’re not managing integrations day to day, they simply operate as part of your infrastructure. The result is a connected, controlled software ecosystem that scales with your business and gives you ongoing visibility without ongoing effort.

SaaSi Hub Integration FAQ's

SaaSi Hub supports many auto-integrations and management to a wide range of popular SaaS platforms across productivity, finance, HR, collaboration, and development. This includes commonly used tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, and many others, with additional integrations continually being added.

Additionally, our self-integration feature allows you to easily add virtually any other app, tool, or platform by entering your licence and subscription details. Once added, this information is combined with your automatic integrations within the dashboard, analytics, and reports, ensuring you still benefit from a unified view of your entire SaaS environment.

You can connect your SaaS tools directly from the integrations section of the dashboard. The process is guided and typically involves securely authorising access to the selected platform. Once connected, SaaSi Hub begins automatically analysing usage, licences, and associated costs.

Yes, SaaSi Hub allows self-integration for tools that are not yet available as native auto-integration connections. This ensures you can still track subscriptions, licences, and costs for less common or internally managed SaaS tools, maintaining a complete overview of your software estate.

Yes, SaaSi Hub integrates with leading HR systems to support automated employee tracking. This enables the platform to detect when employees join or leave the organisation and identify any active SaaS subscriptions linked to them, helping streamline offboarding and reduce unnecessary spend.

No, integrations are designed to be secure and non disruptive. SaaSi Hub connects using authorised access methods that do not interfere with the normal operation, performance, or availability of your existing SaaS tools. Your team can continue using their software as usual while SaaSi Hub operates silently in the background.

Most integrations can be connected in just a few minutes. Simply select the application you want to connect, authenticate your account, and SaaSi Hub will begin synchronising your data automatically.

The data synchronised depends on the application being connected. Depending on the platform, SaaSi Hub may synchronise information such as users, licences, subscription details, billing data, renewal dates, credentials, or software spend. Each integration page explains exactly what data is available.

Yes. Security is built into every integration. Connections are authenticated using secure industry-standard methods such as OAuth where supported, and data is transmitted over encrypted connections. SaaSi Hub never requests more access than is necessary for the selected integration.

Once connected, integrations automatically synchronise with SaaSi Hub on a regular basis to ensure your dashboard remains accurate and up to date. This means changes to users, subscriptions, or costs are reflected without requiring manual intervention.

If your software isn’t currently available as an auto-integration, you can still track it using our manual integration subscriptions feature. This allows you to maintain complete visibility over your SaaS estate while we continue expanding our integration library.

Absolutely. We actively prioritise new integrations based on customer feedback and demand. If there’s a platform you’d like to see supported, simply let us know and we’ll consider it for inclusion in our integration roadmap.
