Cancelling Your Subscription

How To Cancel Your Subscription With Us

If you decide to cancel your subscription, firstly login to your account, and then head over to the “Subscription” section of your dashboard.

Here, find your active subscription and follow the cancellation prompts to confirm your request.

What Happens Next

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, whether you’re subscribed on a monthly or annual basis. After this date, access to paid features may be limited or disabled in accordance with your plan.

As per our Data Retention policies found here, all accounts that have had a paid subscription that has ended/been cancelled will stay dormant for 12-months, giving you time to reactivate your account if you wish to rejoin us, and/or to honour a full year of read-only access to your dashboard, so that you still have access to analytics and report exporting for a limited time.

After 12-months of your account being in a dormant state (no active subscription), any account data will be scheduled for deletion.

Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten)

If you intend to close your account and permanently delete it along with your data before this timeframe, we recommend reviewing and exporting any necessary reports before your subscription ends. Then you may contact us to request a Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten) if you so wish. Where a valid request is received, we will review and respond within the timeframes required by applicable data protection regulations
Note: Completing a right ro erasure is non-reversible and irrevocable once completed, all data and integrations will be permantently deleted.
