How To Connect Self-Integration (Manual) SaaS
Not all SaaS is compatible with auto integration, and so self-integrations are manual integrations for applications that don’t currently have auto integration support.
Our self-integration feature allows almost any SaaS app, platform or service to be included within your SaaSi Hub account by manually entering your licence and subscription details. Once added, this information is combined with your automatic integrations within the dashboard, analytics, and reports, ensuring you still benefit from a unified view of your entire SaaS environment.
What Is a Self-Integration?
A self-integration is a manual SaaS integration that you set up directly within your SaaSi Hub platform by yourself. Rather than SaaSi Hub automatically connecting to the application and sync’ing the data by itself, you provide the required information such as renewal costs and license numbers.
How to Add a Self-Integration (Manual Integration)
1) Head over to your SaaSi Hub account or login here (opens in new window)
2) Navigate to the “Configuration” heading within your dashboard, located on the left hand side and press the small arrow next to it to open up the full configuration navigation menu.
3) Click on the “Manual Subscriptions” navigation link.
4) Press the green button on the right labelled “Add Subscription”.
5) Enter the required details, such as application name, subscription cost, billing frequency, and assigned users.
6) Keeping your self-integrations up to date
Because manual self-integrations rely on entered data, it is important to review and update their information regularly, especially after licence changes, renewals or employee leavers who may be associated to that subscription.
What Happens After You Add A Manual Integration?
Once the integration and data has been manually entered, SaaSi Hub will automatically synchronise and use the the information within the rest of your platform, such as within your dashboard, cost analytics and renewal calendar.
Depending on the integration, it also may include information relating to users, licences and other relevant application data.
