Reporting a Bug or Technical Issue

If you encounter unexpected behaviour, display errors, or inaccurate data within the platform, it may indicate a technical issue.

How to Report

When reporting a bug, provide:

• A clear description of the issue
• The section of the platform affected
• What action you were doing or trying to complete at the time
• Any error messages displayed

This information helps our team investigate and resolve the issue more efficiently.

1) When logged in and inside your Dashboard, click the floating bug icon at the bottom right of the screen.

2) Fill in the Bug Report form with information so that we can identify and correct any abnormalities.
