How To Connect Auto-Integration SaaS Tools, Apps & Platforms

We have two ways to connect your company’s current SaaS loadout to our platform;

👾Auto-Integration Apps
These are SaaS tools that can be connected quickly and easily to your SaaSi Hub account through our ready to implement auto integrations. Once connected, SaaSi Hub automatically synchronises licence data, user information, and relevant analytics from the platform, keeping your dashboard continuously up to date. This allows you to monitor usage, detect changes, and identify potential SaaS waste opportunities without manual tracking.

🔧Self-Integration Apps
Not every SaaS tool supports automatic integration within SaaSi Hub. Our Self-Integration feature addresses this by allowing you to easily add virtually any other app, tool, or platform by entering your licence and subscription details. Once added, this information is combined with your automatic integrations within the dashboard, analytics, and reports, ensuring you still benefit from a unified view of your entire SaaS environment.

This guide is for Auto-Integration Apps

Auto-integration is designed for popular and most used SaaS tools that have support for automatic sync’ing, alerts and management features within SaaSi Hub. Linking the SaaS platforms that your team is already using, such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom and more allows SaaSi Hub to begin mapping and tracking employees to SaaS accounts, accounts to licenses, licenses to billing data and billing data to renewal timelines.

This eliminates the need for manual cross-checking between spreadsheets and admin panels, whilst showing you an overview, powerful reports, potential cost savings and flagging any missed offboarding issues.

1) Head over to your SaaSi Hub account or login here (opens in new window)

2) On the left hand side navigation bar, choose “Auto-Integrations”

3) Press the blue “Add Integration” button on the right hand side

4) A list of auto-integrations will popup on your screen, scroll down to see them all, categorised by sector, or use the search bar to find a specific one.

5) Select a SaaS tool that your company uses that you wish to integrate from the list, and follow the prompts to allow access

6) Press the “Save Configuration” button at the bottom

7) Now we need to initiate you first Sync, and it’s very easy! On the same Integrations page, simply press the “Sync Now” button underneath your newly added integration
💡You only need to manually start this first sync, daily syncs will happen automatically thereafter.

8) Repeat the process to connect all of our auto-integration tools, apps and platforms that your company uses.
