How to Reset Your Password

If you have forgotten your password, simply head over to the Sign In page and press the “Forgot Password” option. Alternatively, you can just click here to be taken straight to the Forgotten Password page.

1) On this page, simply enter the email address associated with your account.

2) Use the secure link provided in the reset email to set a new password.
Passwords must include at least one capital letter, one number and not include your name or business name.
For security reasons, password reset links may expire after a limited time.

If You Do Not Receive the Email
Check your spam or junk folder. If the email is not received, confirm you entered the correct email address and try again. If the issue continues, contact support for assistance.
