Data Retention Periods

Data is retained for different periods depending on the type of information and its purpose.

Account related data is retained for the duration of the active subscription, and for a limited 12-month period after your subscription has ended, where required for operational or legal purposes.

Billing and transaction records may be retained for up to 7 (seven) years in order to comply with tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

Retention periods are reviewed periodically to ensure that data is not held longer than necessary.

Accounts With No Active Subscription

After this 12-month dormant period, the account will be closed, whereby;

Customers are advised to export any required reports or information prior to their billing subscription coming to an end.

Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten)

Where a valid request is received, we will review and respond within the timeframes required by applicable data protection regulations
Certain data may need to be retained where required by law or where it is necessary for legitimate business purposes, such as keeping billing invoices for tax and accounting purposes.

Note: Completing a right ro erasure is non-reversible and irrevocable once completed, all data and integrations will be permantently deleted.

Backup Data

For security and disaster recovery purposes, encrypted backups of system data may be retained for a limited period. Backup systems are automatically overwritten on a rolling basis, meaning deleted data may remain in backup archives until those backups expire.

Backup data is not used for operational processing and is retained solely for recovery purposes.

Third Party Services

SaaSi Hub integrates with various third party SaaS platforms. Data retrieved through integrations is stored only as required to provide platform functionality.

Customers remain responsible for managing their data within those third party services, and deleting data from within SaaSi Hub does not automatically remove information stored within external platforms.
