How We Monitor Platform Reliability

Our platform systems are continuously monitored in-house to ensure platform stability and performance.

Third Party Services

As our business model utilises connections to many third-party sources (for our Integrations), we are activley monitoring not just our own platform but those of our connectable HRIS and SaaS tools.

Proactive Maintenance

Where potential issues are identified, our team takes proactive steps to investigate and resolve them promptly. Scheduled maintenance is carried out when required to maintain optimal performance and security.

For issues that are out of our control, such as third-party outages, updates are communicated clearly through our Service Status page to keep customers informed.
