How SaaSi Hub Integrates with Your Existing Tools

Seamless Integration

Our platform is designed to work alongside the HRIS system and SaaS platforms that your organisation already uses. Through secure authorisation methods, you can connect supported tools directly from the integrations section of the dashboard.

Firstly, you need to connect your company’s HRIS platform to SaaSi Hub. This is how we collate your employee data and use identifiers such as employee name and their company email address.

Next, connect your SaaS platforms to SaaSi Hub. For our 60+ auto-integration apps, each app may vary slightly with connecting it up, but for the most part it’s simply using OAuth 2.0 or logging in once with the lead username and password.

Automated Data Syncing

Once connected, SaaSi Hub automatically retrieves relevant data such as user allocation, licence status, and usage insights. This information is consolidated into a central dashboard without disrupting your existing systems.

Manual Integration Options

For tools that do not yet support native auto-integration, SaaSi Hub offers manual tracking options to ensure you can maintain visibility across your entire software environment.

Ongoing Monitoring

After setup, integrations run in the background, continuously updating data to provide accurate and timely insights.
