SaaSi Hub Becomes BBB Accredited Blog Post Header Image

SaaSi Hub is proud to announce that we have officially become a BBB Accredited Business with the Better Business Bureau at BBB.org

For us, this is about more than adding another badge to our website. As a growing software company, building trust with the organisations that use our platform is something we take seriously. Becoming BBB Accredited represents another step in our commitment to operating with transparency, integrity, and responsible business practices.

SaaSi Hub was officially accredited by the Better Business Bureau on 14 August 2026 and is accredited through BBB Heart of Texas. Our BBB Business Profile currently carries an A- Rating. View SaaSi Hub’s official BBB business profile here.

Why BBB Accreditation Matters to Us

Organisations using SaaS platforms are placing more than just money into the hands of their technology providers. They are often trusting them with business information, operational data, software management processes, and decisions that can have a meaningful impact on how their organisation operates.

Trust is particularly important when businesses are choosing a technology of software service for their business, and rightly so. A product needs to provide both a service and security when choosing it to connect with your company’s running processes, and so we believe that a trustful relationship should be built on more than just a good product. It should also be built on clear communication, accountability, transparency, and a genuine commitment to doing business responsibly.

The Better Business Bureau’s accreditation process is built around its Standards for Trust, with accredited businesses committing to those standards as part of their relationship with BBB. For SaaSi Hub, that philosophy aligns closely with the way we want to build the company.

Building SaaSi Hub With Trust at the Centre

SaaSi Hub was created to address a problem that many growing organisations face: as businesses adopt more software, it becomes increasingly difficult to understand exactly what applications they have, who is using them, what they cost, and when important subscriptions need attention.

Our goal is to make SaaS management more visible and more manageable, and that means helping organisations understand their software environment rather than simply encouraging them to buy more technology.Whether a business is trying to reduce unnecessary SaaS costs, prevent Shadow IT, eliminate unused licences, or stay ahead of software renewals, better visibility can lead to better decisions.

As we continue developing the platform, we want our customers and partners to know who they are dealing with, how we operate, and what standards we hold ourselves to. SaaSi Hub is still a relatively young business. According to our BBB profile, the company was established and incorporated in December 2025 – that makes milestones like this particularly meaningful.

We’re building SaaSi Hub with the intention of creating something that lasts, rather than simply chasing rapid growth. That means putting the right foundations in place early, listening to customers, continually improving the platform, and treating trust as something that has to be earned over time, so our BBB accreditation is one part of that process. It doesn’t mean we’ve reached the end of the journey. Quite the opposite. It gives us another standard to work towards as we continue growing, both internally and with our clients.

What BBB Accreditation Means for Our Customers

For existing and prospective SaaSi Hub customers, BBB accreditation provides another layer of independent business information and transparency. Our BBB business profile provides publicly accessible information about the business, including our accreditation status, rating, business details, and contact information.

We see transparency as a VERY positive thing – and that’s why you’ll find we’re very open across our website, from showing our plans and pricing upfront so that you know exactly what you’re getting for your money (no gatekeeping behind persuasive sales calls!), and even things like our security & trust page, to more in-depth procedures such as a data processing addendum, which are all visible and available to read and view online without ever having to contact us first to request such information.

Businesses should be able to research the companies they work with and make informed decisions about the technology providers they choose. We are happy to have SaaSi Hub’s information available through an established organisation such as the Better Business Bureau. The BBB itself notes that its business profiles are provided to help consumers exercise their own best judgement and that BBB does not endorse individual businesses, simply adding an additional factor for potential users to consider.

We think that’s exactly how it should be, and how a business in this day and age should run: upfront.

Overall, we know that trust isn’t something a company earns once and then keeps forever, it has to be maintained. Every customer interaction, every client review, every mention, every product update, every support conversation, and every business decision contributes to how a company is perceived. As SaaSi Hub grows, we want to keep that principle at the heart of what we do.

We’re proud to have reached this milestone, and we’re even more excited about what comes next.
