SaaSi Hub helps you to manage all of your SaaS software in one place, and once connected you’ll be able to access your dashboard to see which tools your team is and isn’t using, spot unused licences, and identify unnecessary costs so you only pay for the software you actually need.
To get started, we recommend three simple steps:
Step 1: Connect Your HR System
Connecting your HR system to our platform is the most important step, but also one of the easiest.
Our auto-integration allows popular HRIS like; BambooHR, Gusto, Zoho People Factorial HR and Personio to be easily connected to your SaaSi Hub account.
To connect your company’s HR system:
- Head over to your SaaSi Hub account or login here (opens in new window)
- On the left hand side navigation bar, choose “Integrations”
- Press the blue “Add Integration” button on the right hand side
- A list of auto-integrations will popup on your screen, with HR systems showing first by default
- Select your HR system from the list and follow the prompts to allow access
- Press the “Save Configuration” button at the bottom
- Now we need to initiate you first Sync, and it’s very easy! Simply press the “Employees” button on the left hand side main navigation.
💡You only need to manually start this first sync, daily syncs will happen automatically thereafter. - At the top right, press the “Sync HRIS” button

Once a HR system is connected, our platform gets to work collating your current employees and their associated company email addresses in readiness to actively search and find unused and zombied software accounts, detect future leavers and oversee your employees SaaS usage inside one simple yet powerful dashboard.

Step 2: Connect Your SaaS Tools
Next up is linking the SaaS platforms that your team is already using, such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom and more. Once connected, SaaSi Hub begins mapping employees to SaaS accounts, accounts to licenses, licenses to billing data and billing data to renewal timelines.
This eliminates the need for manual cross-checking between spreadsheets and admin panels, whilst showing you an overview, powerful reports, potential cost savings and flagging any missed offboarding issues.
We have two ways to connect your company’s current SaaS loadout to our platform;
👾Auto-Integration Apps
These are SaaS tools that can be connected quickly and easily to your SaaSi Hub account through our ready to implement auto integrations. Once connected, SaaSi Hub automatically synchronises licence data, user information, and relevant analytics, keeping your dashboard continuously up to date. This allows you to monitor usage, detect changes, and identify potential SaaS waste opportunities without manual tracking.
🔧Self-Integration Apps
Not every SaaS tool supports automatic integration within SaaSi Hub. Our Self-Integration feature addresses this by allowing you to easily add virtually any other app, tool, or platform by entering your licence and subscription details. Once added, this information is combined with your automatic integrations within the dashboard, analytics, and reports, ensuring you still benefit from a unified view of your entire SaaS environment.
To connect your company’s 👾Auto-IntegrationSaaS tools, apps and platforms:
- Head over to your SaaSi Hub account or login here (opens in new window)
- On the left hand side navigation bar, choose “Integrations”
- Press the blue “Add Integration” button on the right hand side
- A list of auto-integrations will popup on your screen, scroll down to see them all, categorised by sector, or use the search bar to find a specific one.
- Select a SaaS tool from the list and follow the prompts to allow access
- Press the “Save Configuration” button at the bottom
- Now we need to initiate you first Sync, and it’s very easy! On the same Integrations page, simply press the “Sync Now” button underneath your newly added integration.
💡You only need to manually start this first sync, daily syncs will happen automatically thereafter.

Step 3: Explore Your Dashboard
Once your HR and SaaS are connected and start to sync to SaaSi Hub, you’ll start to see insights in your Dashboard.
Being as different SaaS tools store data differently, we standardize this into a unified structure, so you can see a wealth of information all in one place, that’s easily readable and easily actionable.
See things like: who has access to what, which licenses are active vs unused, unused licences, zombied licenses, where duplicate tools exist, which subscriptions are tied for former employees, along with automatic highlights for potential savings and optimisation.
