How Automated Alerts Work & Customising Yours

Automated alerts are designed to notify you when action may be required for your connected HRIS and SaaS, helping to reduce the risk of missed cost saving opportunities, offboarding issues, overlooked subscriptions, as well as security alerts for your SaaSi Hub account.

All of our alerts are sent direct to your account email address, or to your nominated email recepient(s).

How To Customise Your Email Alerts

1) In your SaaSi Hub account, head to the “Alerts & Notifications” button via the left hand side navigation.

2) Here you can see all of the settings to to change your Email Alerts, set thresholds, and add alternative trusted email recepients.

3) Further down the page, you can edit/change your Security Notifications, which are directly linked to your SaaSi Hub account.

Staying Proactive

By responding promptly to alerts, organisations can reduce waste, strengthen governance, and ensure subscriptions remain aligned with operational needs.
